Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy

If a customer purchases the upliance, the order amount is refundable till such time that the upliance is delivered. To initiate a refund, the Customer must send a cancellation request via e-mail to hi@upliance.ai. 

All eligible refunds shall be processed by us within a period of 30 working days.

Please note that the Customers will be eligible for refunds only for the complete order amount paid by the Customers. The Customers shall not be eligible for any refunds on payment upliance trial or any other demo costs, cost of accessories, etc. 

7 Days No Questions Asked Policy

upliance is returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page or are unhappy with the upliance.

Return will be processed only if:

- it is determined that the device was not damaged while in your possession;
- the device is returned in original condition (with the original packaging, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein)
- upliances purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.

Please follow the steps stated in the Cancellation/Returns policy to initiate a Refund. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the device prior to issuing a refund.

Additional conditions applicable to any and all returns under this Returns Policy:

  1. Only the original User/purchaser of the upliance can initiate a refund request for the purchased upliance, i.e., the person whose name is recorded as the purchaser in the invoice to such purchased upliance.
  2. ​If the upliance is returned by the original User/purchaser after the stipulated 7-day period, any cancellation or refund request by he/she on the purchased upliance shall not be accepted or processed by upliance.ai.
  3. ​Any and all refund requests by the original User/purchaser shall not be processed if the upliance box/package and/or its accessories/parts therein are returned damaged, in the sole opinion of upliance.ai.
  4. Any and all refund requests by the original User/purchaser shall be processed only after the upliance has been returned and an assessment of the returned upliance has been made by upliance.ai, in accordance with the timelines mentioned above.

​Procedure for Returns:

  1. ​If the upliance was purchased via https://www.upliance.ai/, the original User/ purchaser shall at its own costs package the upliance and parcel the same to upliance.ai, 268, 13th Main, 21st Cross Road, HSR Sector 7, Bangalore - 560102. Such User shall separately enclose the invoice related to the purchases upliance.
  2. If the upliance was purchased via a physical outlet store of upliance.ai, the original User/purchaser shall only return such upliance to the same outlet store from which the purchase was made.
  3. If the upliance was purchased via an online/third-party e-commerce site, the original User/purchaser shall process returns in accordance with the policies and instructions of such an e-commerce site.

The original User/purchaser of the upliance shall not be liable for any damage that occurs to said upliance before its return to upliance.ai, including during transit.

​Please note that this Returns Policy is separate from the Warranty Terms of the upliance. Any requests made in regards to this Returns Policy shall only relate to the return of the upliance within the 7-day period, and shall not form a claim for any
